Process training
When you first join, you will be trained to perform one of the below processes.
Receive: Receive Associates are the first people to process the new items into the FC.
Stow: Stow Associates find space for the items and process their location. At that very moment, the item becomes available on the Amazon website!
Pick: Once the customer order has come in, Pick Associates find the item and send it to be packed.
Pack: Pack Associates will put the item into secure packing, ready to start its journey to the customer.
Ship: Ship Associates load the packages onto the trucks so they can leave the FC in time to make it to the customer.
