Associates working in one of our fulfillment centreswill handle and process many customer orders during their shift.
It is important to check each item carefully when handling customer orders. We call this a "6-sided check", checking every part of the packaging carefully to ensure orders arrive in a good condition for the customer.
To be truly customer obsessed you should put yourself in the customer's shoes - would you be happy to receive the item?
How do I decide if an item is damaged?
Work backwards! Ask yourself a question – If you was the customer would you be happy to receive item as it is?
